Best place to invest $50K?

Considering pulling out $50K from my home and investing it. In So Cal it doesn’t go too far, how should I invest it?

Interests:

- 2-4 unit investments

- Southern California

- Arizona, maybe Texas.

- Property Manager if out of state.

- Open minded to all recommendations

Columbus, Ohio - you can find single family homes starting around $50k in C- neighborhoods of Hilltop and South Linden. If you leverage with a 25% down payment on a multi family you can get a good 2-4 unit in a C to C- area.
