Hey Riley- welcome to BP! Buy and hold in Boise can be really sweet, but like most things in life, it'll take time for you to reap the rewards. In my experience, the returns in Boise have been fantastic.

@Riley Distad , not to sound cliche' but for buy and hold the best time was 20 years ago and the second-best time is today. I believe Boise is a great market for long-term wealth growth.
