Private Money advice
I'm a new real estate investor and I was asked if I wanted to invest in a real estate project. I have no idea how this process works. If I wanted to invest in this project, what questions/paperwork should be filled out to protect myself. I acknowledge all investing is a risk so I'm looking for advice or best practices. Thanks
