Hello Everyone! I am a first time investor/buyer looking for any helpful tips and tricks specific to managing a Miami Beach apartment from New York City. One potential apartment currently has tenants, but also interested in an Air BnB situation and/or finding an apartment with no tenants.

Any tips,recommendations or best practices for the Miami Beach area.
