Best way to investment 100k
So if you had 100k to invest, what would you say is the smartest way to invest it? Is it a brrrr or is it splitting that money into down payments and buying a couple condos with mortgages? Or maybe something else I’m not thinking of? I’m looking to build a portfolio of rental properties
