So I posted on here an Idea a while back. From that post, I got my first customer!
The idea is this ~
-Investors can’t trust contractors.
-Investors have too much on their plate to know the status of all of their properties.
What solves all real estate problems? Delegation!
So I proposed I take status updates for (primarily) out of state investors.
The Bigger Pockets member used my service 4 times and he said it gave him peace of mind being an out of state investor.
A third party service bridging the gap in trust from REI to Contractor.
I’d love to be a delegating factor in the real estate market.
Do you think this has potential? Where do I find leads? Any thoughts?
Hey @Tyler Campbell . The idea sounds interesting, but what did you actually do or not do? I might have missed it. Did you check the property/follow up with the contractor for this OOS investor?
Or did you offer that service, and outsource those tasks to someone else?
I'd like to hear more about it.
@Ash Fields I went to his property and took photos of the entire place. I answered any questions he had regarding the status of the remodel.
