San Antonio Title Company

Hi everyone! wondering much importance I should place on selecting a title company as a buyer for multifamily properties. I've heard that some can be more friendly than others in allowing transfer of title into an LLC after purchase (w/o forfeiture of title insurance). I placed an offer on a triplex with security title company listed. Good company? recs on others? Hoping it will not be an issue.
