Beginner wholesaler need help
I am a beginner in wholesaling and have been learning everything I can about it for the past two months. I currently am out there making offers on properties and usually do what Jerry Norton does on YouTube. Should I focus on off market properties first or continue to pursue real estate agent properties listed. I don’t have a way of getting a soft proof of funds and I really don’t feel like paying for earnest deposit. Where is the best place to find distressed properties if I can’t buy websites like prop stream just yet. Should I focus on driving for dollars?
