Buying a property cash, should I buy it under LLC ?
I will buy a property in cash for the first time, the price on the house is 52k. I think I can fix it with 20K and would worth 110K after fixing it.
I don't know if I should buy it under an LLC or not because I want to list it in Airbnb but I'm afraid that if I do the LLC, I won't be able to do the BRRR.
What do you think?
