Skip Tracing a second time for missing data?

Hi everyone!,

I just had a quick question! I have used propstream for a while and purchased a skip traced list a while back with cell numbers. Not all of the numbers were able to be retrieved, I was wondering if I took all of the contacts with a missing cell number to another skip tracing site, is there a decent likelihood that they would be able to fill in those missing numbers by skip tracing again? Do skip tracers draw from the same info?
