Okay yall !!!
Have you used the 1031 exchange for new construction ? And if so, how did it go? Any recs or resources?
Has anyone used it for a new construction out of the country?
Just reaching out to multiple groups (and my solid tax guy) for advice !
We have an amazing opportunity and want to make sure we can do it right if allowed !
