I love BiggerPockets and am now getting into real estate investing at the age of 21, all thanks to everyone here! I was wondering if anyone had any good groups that meet regularly based out of Philadelphia, where I’m looking to invest.

@Noah Horas I used to go to “cash and coffee” Saturday mornings at front street cafe, it’s been a while because Covid paused but I would check out meetup.com. What kind of properties are you looking for?
