Beginner investor in San Diego, CA
So I am currently closing on a condo that I will be purchasing with my VA loan. I don't want to wait a whole year to refinance and use my VA loan again. I was looking into a fix and flip loan and was wondering if anyone in the San Diego area has used a fix and flip loan and can give me pointers. Thank you!
