BPCon2021! Just got my tickets.

So this worked out perfectly, I was in New Orleans 10/6-10/10 and got the email that they are doing bpcon in NOLA. Naturally I added 3 days to my trip and now Im going to BPcon and Jazz fest. Couldn't be more stoked!
Looking to connect with other people for New Jersey or the tri State area that are planning to attend. I live in Bloomfield and grew up in Clifton. Id love to talk all kinds or real estate and just get involved more.
Also looking for recommendations of breakout sessions I should be attending.
