Flipping agreement for capital partner – Help please!

Team, has anybody had a similar experience/situation?

I have a capital partner that wants to start investing in flips with me.
He will be a “silent” capital partner only, he will bring the cash and I will handle the project from the beginning until the end.
The issue is he lives in another country.

I DONT want to open another LLC in partnership with him.
He will open an LLC and bank account here, under his name.

I will buy the properties, under my name.

How do I get his share paid since the property will be in my name?
Meaning, is any easier way to get him paid other than creating a JV agreement for every single property?
Do I create an operational agreement between LLC A and LLC B for such operations?
Do I make him my “lender” with high interest (partner %)?

Any suggestions??

Thanks a lot!!!
