Short term vs long term rental
Hello
I am trying to see what would be the best option my mom has a home and she wants to down size for ease of her age. I want to keep the house and do short term air BNB. She’s thinks it be best to sell. We are in a resort town and could make 25000 in roughly 4 to 5 months.
What u think would be the way to go sell get most money u can now, short term rentals or long term rental? There is a waiting list for rentals
