When you're getting ready to sell a property, investment or otherwise, what does everyone do in regards for having the space professionally cleaned before marketing?
Likewise, same question applies to renting out a vacant unit (obviously some amount of cleaning goes on here but do you hire it out flat rate, hourly, ect.)
