Need Funding in Houston !
Hey everyone I’m working on my first investment deal and the numbers have already been ran so my next step is to get the funds which i already know the banks won’t qualify me for so I was wondering if there’s any private lenders or company’s someone can refer me to thanks . It’s a townhome and I need a 140k loan in the Houston area
