New Corporate Housing business
Hello Everyone. Thanks for all the great information. My daughter and I have started a corporate housing business. We are running into some issues….1. Getting rental apartments in our business name. Management companies would like to see a history of being in business for about 2 years. (2) getting the corporate and traveling professionals, employers, and travel nurses. (3) question: how are apartments obtained for STR as the property management companies emphasized prohibition of listings on sites like Airbnb. We are struggling to get our first tenant.
