Anyone experienced with house hacking in LA
I live in LA and wanted to get started in real estate investing, I want to build a rental portfolio. House hacking might be a good way to get started, I’ve also thought of out of state investing. Any tips in house hacking in LA & any good markets here, also out of state investing and good markets to invest in for rentals. Thank you (:
