We bought from them last year in poinciana. We spoke to Warner once, seemed nice but once you sign his job is done and you won’t get to connect with him again. Support staff are overwhelmed. I think we may have paid a little more but overall the house is nice with nice finishes. We actually arranged a trip to see other markets and we’re blown off. Not a waste, we did meet up with a local realtor. The property management side, realty medics, could use a tune up as well. 3 day notice not posted until the 17th after me hounding them. Pretty disappointed overall.

Bad experience. Wagner Nolasco is a shill and disingenuous. Full of fat promises, does not deliver on any of them. They promised me a 1031, they have never failed one out of 1000 houses, blah blah - I have this in writing. They couldn't deliver one out of the two properties for my 1031 exchange. Wagner is a sleazy salesman with no integrity. I was going to make a detailed post on it, but honestly too busy with live and doing passive deals to be bothered. Stay away from anything Wagner Nolasco is involved with.
