What is rehab costs????
So I'm trying to figure out how much a rehab budget for a property I am looking to BRRRR is.
I know absolutely nothing about construction costs or the process.
What is the best way to not only learn how to calculate a rehab budget, but to also understand the process.
Do I meet with a contractor and maybe pay him to walk a property with me?
Do I call shops and ask how much material is?
Do I call other flips?
