Atlanta Condo Leasing Permit
There are 2 condos here in Atlanta that I’m a looking at. The first is overvalued & also need renovating but already has a leasing permit & the another is undervalued & fully upgraded but does not have a leasing permit??? I am nervous because in order to get the fully upgraded property that does not have a leasing permit I would have to sit on a wait waiting list with about 90 other people & I am afraid that is could take years before I am legally allowed to rent out the unit. Just looking for advice in order to make an informed decision. Thanks for the help in advance.!
