I am actively looking into investing in the Seattle metro area and would love to connect with all you pros (and rookies) out there. Are there any meetups or groups that you would recommend I join to get up to speed? In particular, I am interested in meetups that still have that virtual component as I am currently based in Chicago, IL. Let me know if you have any intel on helpful meetups.
