Hey there my name is victor funes I live in Modesto ca Central Valley ca. I am interested in meeting people around. This are who are buying and holding houses out of state. @Victor Funes check out meetup type sites a lot of investing groups post there for some cities. For people in Ohio check out the local forms and do some posting there.
