STR - Management Fee

I am out of state investor.

I got a quote for Short term rental (AirBnB in Destin FL) Management Fee 25%, is that reasonable ?

@Richard Tran I know PMs  that charge as little as 10% up to 30%.  As an agent in the area, I encourage all of my clients to self manage to the max extent.  It's most definitely possible to manage from afar.  I would say the common PM range is 18-25%, just to give you a window.
