85% LTV Helocs for primary residences?
Ive seen web advertising for this before, ive never applied but Id like someone who has gotten it approved to chine in. Are they fixed rates? Any shady fees that make it not worth our time? Do you regret it?
Im In Houston Texas BTW and bought the house this year.
