First time investor and lender relationship
Hello, I am new to real estate investment. I would like to buy my first property under my business name, no my personal. I am having problem with lenders. They prefer me using my personal information given that there is not property under my business name.
What can I do at this point? Is there a lender here who can edify me on the topic?
