Low down payment loans for 2-4 units with co borrower?
Hello,
I am looking to get pre-approved for a 2-4 unit property in the Orlando area. This will be my primary residence and my father will be a non-occupying co-borrower, as I would not qualify on my own (I am 18). I would need 5% down or lower so I believe an FHA would be out of the question on a 2-4 unit. Would any other loans work with this criteria? I would appreciate any information regarding a loan broker primarily in the Orlando area or Florida in general.
