Anyone used OneBrokerage?

Surprised that this hasn't been discussed here yet. Has anyone used David Greene's OneBrokerage for financing?

How was the experience?

I'm in the process with them right now to buy a STR in Orlando. They have been fantastic to work with. I have used many other lenders and I would say OneBrokerage is one of the best I have ever worked with.

I recently  worked with the one brokerage and it was the best experience I have ever had. I thoroughly recommend Kevin Juarez in particular. He was extremely knowledgeable, nimble, efficient, and pleasant. My loan was processed smoothly and quickly.  I definitely recommend the one brokerage. It was refreshing to work with someone who understands investors and has a variety of loan products available for more complicated financing.

That's tough..

Why did they charge a trip fee? Usually this only happens if the appraiser wasn't able to see carbon monoxide/ smoke detectors or did not have access to a certain part of the building and stated it on the report..

The fees should have been disclosed via a Loan Estimate. Some lenders do not disclose if it is a business purpose style lender, however it is always good practice to send a  broker provided loan estimate in writing, regardless if the lender follows this procedure or not.. It just prevents suprises like this.

@Joel B. Thank you.. I always feel like one needs to have more than 1 or 2 reliable  lenders. Most of the time, one lender can not provide ALL the good stuff.

So yeah, this is helpful, was hunting for good lenders and brokers
