Hard Money Lenders covering 100%
Hey guys!
Are there such thing as hard money lenders that will cover 100% of purchase and 100% of rehab?
Most of everything I’m seeing is 90% of purchase and 100% of rehab. Just curious. Thanks!

Hard money, no. Private money, maybe. I have personal private lenders that do, but they know me, trust me, and already did a ton of deals with me.
