Seeking out private equity investors
Would love to hear what you think would be the best way to reach out to private equity investors that are interested in partnering on a deal? I currently have a couple deals that would pay 6-8% for an investor that can bring 3-5 million dollars to the table? The investor would be a limited parter and collect a check every month.
