Non recourse high LTV

Posted

So far in my searching all I've been able to find is a max of 70% LTV on non recourse loans as my purchase is in an IRS/LLC. It's tough to do the BRRRR strategy with such low leverage. Has anyone found a lender that will to an 80% or 75% non recourse loan in Florida?

I recently did one of those non-recourse laons and a 70% LTV sounds like a pretty good deal. Mine was a 60%
