Hard Money Lender: Interested In a Partnership
If I want to get into a real estate investing partnership in West Akron, Ohio and I desire to lend up to 25K for a short term loan. How could I find a partner who is knowledgeable about the SFH Fix and Flip process and willing to sign a promissory note? Thanks!
