Mobile home manufactured before June 15, 1976
Hello BP,
I'm considering buying a mobile home. The owner isn't sure when it was manufactured and on the property appraiser's website, only the land is being assessed. I wanted to use the BRRRR strategy on this property. I'm going to call my attorney tomorrow to find out more about the mobile not being assessed, but will I be able to BRRRR? Any help is appreciated. First time buying a mobile home.
