Gap Funding for Down Payment

Trying to get as creative as possible. Does anyone know any lender that offers gap funding solutions. My partner and I are trying to purchase another STR but we don't have enough money for the downpayment

@Keleisha Carter...fyi -  down payment  required for a rental sfr is  15%  ...what  amount is needed  and  what amount do you have ?  ideas 1) leverage  present homes / other assets  ...2) 401K  retirement account funds  3)  heloc on primary home    4)  gift funds normally arent allowed for rental  purchase
