Collateral vs non collateral in private lending
Any yays or nays regarding Spectrum Global Financial from Arkansas?. They approved me for 150k 5% 30. I tried to use collateral as security.
George They want a property that is 800k with fico at 800. or for non collateral send them $1800 security fee. What up with this proposal?
