Refinancing loans for foreign nationals?

Question

Can anyone recommend a someone who is currently doing loans for foreign nationals? I have high credit score, LLCs, income, credit cards, etc. but I'm a foreign national and I would like to refinance a portfolio of single family rentals. Thanks!

@Ricardo Fainsilber I have a friend who owns quite a few buildings who is a foreign national. He uses a local credit union and I will check to see if they can do bundled single families.

Thanks for the message and your help. I think I might have found a good option, but it does seem like it has become more expensive and/or more complicated lately for foreign nationals to get loans. In my case, I own properties as well as other types of investments, I have LLCs, I have US credit cards and still it’s not easy. Right now I’m trying to refinance a small portfolio of SFR in Chicago that I bought cash a few years back and are now renovated, stabilized and professionally managed. I will use the funds for a new investment.

What kind of LTV are you looking for?  I have one lender who does these very well, but they only do individual loans... no blankets.  I do work with others who will do blankets but their LTVs are lower.  Let me know more about what you are looking for and I will dig around and share with the forum what I can find currently.
