New Silver Personal Loan

Hey guys!  Curious to see if anyone has used New Silver's personal loan option.  I have a great deal that just came up and I'd love to purchase for a quick and easy flip but it's just out of my normal price range and the down payment that I need is just a lot to fork over compared to what I've got in the bank right now.  Anyone have any experience with it?  Seems very promising and a great solution for my needs.
