Hey all! Total newbie here, first post. I’m interested in learning about what options exist for conventional mortgages with under 20% down. Can anyone recommend a resource that clearly spells out the facets of each program? Thanks!

@Jak Carsten whether it’s your first investment or not, conventional goes down to 15% down on single unit investment properties.

If you’d like to buy it as a vacation home and rent it out while the property is not being occupied by you, 10% down on single units.
