First time HELOC question
I have my mortgage on my primary residence through PNC and reached out to them about opening up a HELOC. I've sent numerous emails with questions on if there are any inactivity fees, minimum draws, cancellation fees, etc. and the response I get is that they can confirm everything over the phone. Is that normal to not give information over email? Just sounds a little fishy but not sure if that's standard operating procedure or not..?
