Recommendations on Lender for 20 Unit Apartment Complex

Have a 20 unit apartment complex I on a bridge loan which matures in December of this year. We will finish renovations prior to the maturity date but not by much. Relatively low basis in property so should have no issue with appraisal.

Who would you recommend?
