Anyone use M Steele Investments?
Good morning all!
I was wondering has anyone ever used M Steele Investments before. I have spoken with him over the phone and have visited his website, but I could not find an NMLS number or brokerage. Through LinkedIn, he appears to be real and has worked as a Sales Manager for Premier Mortgage Group.
The address for his LLC is a residential address. I know that's not an immediate red flag, since my LLC's address is also a residential address.
Right now, he is the only one saying 'yes' to refinance my project with construction costs and not making me jump through hoops. It just seems a little too good to be true. I am probably being a little too cautious with my due diligence, but I just to see if anyone had any experience or insights before I continue forward.
