Loans for Land Only New Jersey

Does anyone know of any lenders that lend on land only on a 2-5 year term?

Not at all. I’m going to build 5 homes on the site & it may take up to 2 years but in all actuality closer to 1-1.5 years.

Sounds like a new construction loan that includes land cost then. Where exactly is this located? You can of course connect to send a private message on pertinent details.
