Banks or lenders that do commercial multifamily??

Question

Hello everyone! This year I’m looking to purchase a commercial multi family property most likely in Indiana under one million. I have three duplexes and my partner has a couple single-family rentals as well but this will be our first commercial multi family purchase. Looking to build some rapport with lenders and to see what loan packages there are to be offered. I would like to set up a call to discuss more with any banks or lenders. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

@Nathan Smith searching on BiggerPockets Mortgage Lenders and Hard Money Lending Directory is a great place to start. You many also find local banks and credit unions with a simple google search.

If you find a great broker they can search multiple lenders and compare options and rates. @Nathan Smith Most local banks/credit unions/mortgage brokers (such as myself) should be able to finance this type of asset class. What are you looking at exactly?
