Having issues with my current mortgage application, what can I do?

I recently got pre-approved for a mortgage, but now as I had an offer accepted, I am having issues getting final approval. My current gross income is $5,120/mon but part of it is from my GI Bill which traditional banks do not count as income and the other amount is from my current job which is contracted until June 2023. My employment will continue, but as of right now, on paper, it looks like it ends in 4 months.

Do I have any options?

Are there any private lenders who would be willing to work with me?
