Is there anyone out there that knows anything about private lending? Can it be treated like an open end line of credit. Are there people out there that will lend at 3 and 4 percent fixed?

Trevor I do not know anyone who would lend at 3 to 4 percent that is private.

They could simply buy notes themselves with more yield or go after triple net leasing and get much better returns and the money likely would be safer.

You have to pay out great returns for private money and have some kind of track record.
