Need some help purchasing a property
Hey guys, I am about to pull the trigger on my first DSCR property, but in the meantime, I don't want to just vacant-state my mind but start looking for a second one. I found one, but since the competition is furious, I feel like I'm rushing with the numbers and honestly don't feel 101% confident with my analysis.
