Private Money - Structure

I’ve been in real estate for about 9 years and have completed over 100 projects, yet I’ve never taken money from friends/family/Etc…. I have a ton of people ask to invest with me and I’ve always declined, yet I think I should reconsider.

I’m looking for a sample document that I could use as a template to start structuring deals. I don’t want to get too far into the weeds on specifics. Any help is appreciated.

A real estate attorney can help to draft promissory notes. Make sure you close these projects with a title company.
