Transferring Fannie loan to LLC

Hello,

We have 3 properties that we have recently received approval to from the mortgage servicer to transfer title to our single member LLC's. (New Rules)

We were rejected on the 4th as the loan was originated prior to 2016. (3% loan, not gonna refi) Other then begging, anyone have luck with getting pre 2016 loan approved for transfer?
